What is a vasectomy? Find out what’s involved and what you need to know before having the procedure. Watch a short video and have a phone consult with one of our nurses to get up to speed on what to expect and what to do. Easy peasy.
2. Snip
After a wee bit of local anaesthesia, our expert Docs will perform the modern, speedy, scalpel-free procedure, and you’ll be walking out pain-free within 30 minutes.
3. Chill
Pat yourself on the back and take the rest of the day off work. No heavy lifting or strenuous activity for a week, and you should be back to your old self in no time. No post op appointment needed but we’re always here to chat.
4. Test
Three months after your procedure, get a test either through a local lab (organised by us) or with our SpermCheck Home Testing Kit to make sure you are shooting blanks. Be sure to use other contraception options until you get the all-clear.
